Nick Reiner will not face possibility of death penalty at trial, prosecutor says

Prosecutors will not seek the death penalty for Rob Reiner's son Nick, who is accused of murdering the late film director and his wife in Los Angeles last year.

Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman said his office spoke with Reiner's siblings and took their wishes into consideration in the decision.
