How often is the news updated?
Pulse News 247 checks 1,700+ sources every 15 minutes, around the clock. You'll always have the latest stories from all 24 countries.
How do I change my country?
Go to Profile > Settings > Country. Changing your country updates your Nation feed to show local news from that country. You can change it at any time.
What is Pulse+?
Pulse+ is our premium plan ($4.99 CAD/month or $39.99 CAD/year with a 7-day free trial). It removes all ads and adds article chat, bookmark folders, a daily digest, home screen widgets, and source bias labels.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. Pulse News 247 caches the last 50 articles per category on your device. You can read headlines, summaries, and view images offline. The 'Read full article' button requires internet since it opens the publisher's website.
How do I cancel my Pulse+ subscription?
Open your device's app store settings (App Store on iOS, Google Play on Android), find Pulse News 247 in your subscriptions, and tap Cancel. You'll keep Pulse+ access until the end of your billing period.

How do summaries work?
Our system condenses each story to the key points — typically 2-3 neutral sentences. Summaries are clearly labeled with a "Summarized by Pulse" badge. We always link to the original article so you can read the full story at the source.
