1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Pulse News 247 ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Pulse News 247 collects articles from publicly available RSS feeds and presents them in a personalized feed. We do not create original journalism. Every article links back to its original publisher.

3. User Accounts

• You may use the App as a guest without creating an account
• Creating an account enables bookmark syncing, streaks, and personalization
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

4. Pricing

Pulse News 247 is currently free to use. Free accounts may see advertising. We will update these Terms with full subscription pricing, billing cycles, and trial terms before any paid plan is offered, and you will be notified in-app before any charge.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the App programmatically
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others

6. Content Ownership

• News articles are owned by their respective publishers
• We provide links to original articles so you can read and verify them at the source
• Publisher names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners
• The Pulse News 247 app, brand, and design are our intellectual property

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Pulse News 247 aggregates content from third-party publishers and does not create, edit, endorse, or verify that content. We are not responsible or liable for any article, headline, summary, image, link, opinion, or other material made available through the App, nor for its accuracy, completeness, legality, or reliability. Any reliance you place on content in the App is at your own risk, and you should verify information at the original source before acting on it. Links to external publisher websites are provided for convenience only; we do not control and are not responsible for those sites or their content.

Pulse News 247 is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content, or that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event shall Pulse News 247 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for any and all claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us to use the App. The App is provided free of charge, so this amount is zero. We are under no obligation to pay any compensation, refund, or damages of any kind.

You agree to indemnify and hold Pulse News 247 harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account. Deletion immediately erases your account row and every related record (bookmarks, reading history, push tokens, usage counters), and schedules deletion of your authentication identity at our auth provider within seven days. The action cannot be undone.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
