DOJ charges 28 with unlawful voting, other election-related offenses in California

The DOJ has charged 28 individuals in California with election-related offenses, and did not rule out prosecuting election workers who are "processing the ballots" there.

The DOJ also filed an emergency request in federal court to stop California from processing ballots returned by people on the voter rolls the federal government says are "likely noncitizens."
