Court of Appeal says Auckland investment property belongs to daughter, following ‘gift’ from parents

Couple gave their 30-year-old daughter 10 percent of the purchase price of a Glen Innes house, which led to a battle over ownership that went all the way to the Court of Appeal.

The case made its way to the Court of Appeal, which had to decide who owned the property.
