Albanian police fire tear gas at protesters as Education Ministry attacked

Tens of thousands of students stormed the streets of Tirana on Wednesday, setting alight Albania's Education Ministry building and two banks and hurling stones at police, during the second-straight day of protests over rising education costs and corruption.

At least 23 protesters have been arrested in demonstrations in the capital.
