17% of work exposed to AI, 48% of jobs in India will benefit: Goldman Sachs

Generative AI is likely to boost India's productivity more than it displaces jobs, according to a Goldman Sachs report. The report estimates that nearly half of India's non-agricultural workforce will see AI augment their work, while a much smaller share faces substitution.
